Hogan Academy enables training in a self-paced, fully digital format. Course materials are available within a fixed period of time and include:

  • Pre-recorded classroom sessions that are available on demand 
  • Self-study exercises that are designed to maximize learning efficiency  
  • Course assessment tests that verify knowledge retention at the end of every module
  • Handbooks and quick reference guides that present course information in a concise, informative way
  • To complement self-study materials, Hogan Academy also serves as a platform for connecting learners with subject matter experts. Hogan Academy is fully equipped with functionality that allows learners to pick professionals’ brains via email and during live Q&A sessions.

Hogan Academy covers the full range of Hogan services and competencies that you may need to foster in-house. We provide a Level 1 certification to every learner who successfully completes our Hogan Academy course offerings.
