Seventeen years ago, Jérôme joined DXC Technology in the Oracle practice as a technical consultant after completing his IT engineering degree. Today, he manages a team and has contributed to multiple projects, supporting major customers in France on their digital transformation journeys with Oracle solutions. Over the years, Jérôme has provided technical expertise and leadership in ERP implementation projects, including PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, and ERP Cloud, covering architecture, integration, and development. His current focus is on cloud migration projects (OCI and hybrid cloud) as well as Oracle PaaS implementations (OIC, APEX, OAC), where he brings AI innovations to DXC customers to help them modernize and unlock new value.
Europe Oracle Sales Leader, DXC Technology
Emilie Thomas is Europe Sales Leader at DXC Technology, where she partners with clients to deliver transformative cloud and digital initiatives. She built her career in IT through business development and sales, spending more than nine years at Oracle in both applications and technology, before taking on a Channel Manager role that led her to collaborate with DXC. Looking forward to contributing to DXC and working alongside its talented teams, Emilie now leads sales across Europe, focusing on helping organizations modernize their Oracle environments and accelerate innovation. Among her recent achievements, she supported one of the first Database@Azure reference projects in EMEA, showcasing how customers can replatform, optimize costs, and unlock new opportunities with AI.
Delivery Manager, DXC Technology
Divya Goteti is Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end management and success of Oracle customer engagements at DXC Technology. In her role she is also responsible for leading strategic innovation programs including Artificial Intelligence (AI) that directly drive sales and growth for the global Oracle practice group at DXC.
OCI Architecture Lead, DXC Technology
Steve Earl is the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architecture Lead for DXC’s European Oracle Practice, bringing over 30 years of experience across a wide range of technologies. His recent focus has been on OCI, where he helps clients design and implement innovative cloud solutions aligned with their business goals. Steve works closely with pre-sales and sales teams to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and deliver strategic cloud architectures across diverse industries. His deep technical expertise and collaborative approach make him a trusted advisor in the enterprise cloud space. Steve is also a two-time Formula 1 Constructors’ World Champion, reflecting his passion for performance, precision, and excellence.
Sr. Manager Oracle Delivery, DXC Technology
Bert Frichot is the DXC Oracle Engineered Systems Senior Manager and Solution Architect for Enterprise & Cloud Applications. He provides technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery management for Oracle Engineered Systems implementations. As a member of the DXC AI Advisory Board and DXC Oracle AI Team, he drives AI innovation and strategy across the enterprise. He has over 37 years of enterprise IT and database leadership experience.
Strategic Solutioning Practice Leader, DXC Technology
With over 25 years of extensive experience in Oracle technologies, Jarrett’s expertise covers everything from Oracle legacy applications and databases to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Oracle AI solutions. He focuses on developing advanced AI, cloud migration, application modernization strategies, and managed services solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Under his leadership, his team regularly meets significant quarterly sales targets and improves inter-regional communication while strengthening strategic partnerships with Oracle. Jarrett also aids in developing and executing dynamic go-to-market playbooks with DXC’s offering practice. This includes integrating data-driven insights and industry best practices into the service portfolios. He also plays a key role in driving innovations and advancements in service offerings, ensuring they align with client needs and strategic priorities.
Head of Oracle Sales - Europe, DXC Technology
Carl has over 25 years of direct Oracle experience (19 years) with Oracle and 6 years with DXC selling Oracle applications, technology and consulting services. He has been with DXC for five years and is currently responsible for managing DXC’s Oracle sales with Oracle across Europe. Starting at DXC in 2019 Carl was initially responsible for UK/I Oracle Sales Team, standing out as a talent and an individual high-performer. He build a strong Sales Team, and successfully managed a winning relationship with the entire Oracle Practice and DXC's Large Accounts, setting DXC sales-records. Carl holds a Batchelor of Computer Science (Honours) degree from the University of London, who also has a Chartered Information Technology Professional status awarded by the British Computer Society and is also a member of the institute of leadership and management.
