Mission-critical operations
just changed forever

DXC OASIS is a new operating model centered around our agentic IT operations platform that is purpose built for managed services delivery of mission-critical systems. It connects every layer of an organization’s IT estate — across providers, tools and teams — into a single trusted view. AI systems and agents automate routine work and human operators provide expert judgement.

DXC OASIS is designed for organizations running mission-critical systems that need a complete picture of how their IT estate is performing across all their managed services. DXC OASIS is built for the full range of enterprise stakeholders — from CIOs and IT Operations teams managing complexity and costs, to CFOs and business leads who need clear visibility into how technology investments drive outcomes and improve business operations.

DXC OASIS is not a replacement for other monitoring tools — it is a unifying layer built for agentic IT operations. It connects the tools you have already invested in and adds orchestration on top.

Yes, it is built to work with what you already have. DXC OASIS sits above your existing technology investments — ServiceNow, Dynatrace and everything else you run. It connects them without replacing them. One platform connects every system, signal and decision across your critical infrastructure so you get full visibility and control with improved operational efficiency, without the cost or disruption of ripping and replacing anything.

Your team stops chasing alerts and starts solving problems. DXC OASIS brings AI for mission-critical operations into practice and combines human expertise with agentic AI. Agents handle the volume, your people provide judgment. The result is a single, live view of the entire IT estate accessible via a web-based interface. Designed around human-centered principles, DXC OASIS meets users where they work, surfacing the right information, to the right people, at the right moment. Engineers are freed up to focus on the most complex and high-risk problems.

DXC OASIS was designed from the ground up for governance and control — not as an afterthought, but as the architecture. Every agent mirrors a human operator’s persona, responsibilities, domain knowledge and tools — each one is built the same way we train great operators. The difference is scale. And while the agents and AI systems improve and scale, our human operators evolve their expertise and improve as well.

Every action in DXC OASIS is traceable, with role-aware access controls and progressive autonomy that can be expanded or constrained at any level — giving enterprises the confidence to run AI for mission-critical operations responsibly with a complete audit trail.
