The dedicated CloudOps service in Latin America brings End-to-End solutions for clients’ cloud strategy
São Paulo, Brazil - DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading Fortune 500 global technology services company, has launched new dedicated Cloud services in Latin America to support customers throughout the region.
With experts from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico, supported by DXC’s global delivery network, our teams will support cloud-related services 24 hours, 7 days a week, solving problems and addressing the needs of our customers in real time. DXC offers a broad and integrated spectrum of Cloud services, which covers areas from project conception to implementation and daily support.
Through CloudOps, the customer can build cloud maturity, improve governance, and ensure that all workloads are reliable and secure. In addition to Cloud operations, these new services will include engineers, which will help automate the processes, improving productivity.
“The introduction of the Cloud support services to Latin America allows DXC to serve the market in the native languages of each country (Portuguese and Spanish), bring the right cost structure, and knowledge of local business”, explained Ricardo Ferreira, DXC’s VP & General Manager for Latin America.
