Important message to current and former DXC Australia employees


DXC Australia is committed to meeting its legal obligations as an employer.

DXC has informed the Fair Work Ombudsman that it has identified unintentional pay compliance issues resulting in employee underpayments. Rob Le Busque, DXC’s President Asia Pacific and Japan, has apologised that this has occurred.

DXC is committed to fixing this issue and has commenced a pay remediation program which is focused on identifying underpayments and making back payments to impacted current and former employees.

Once you have registered, you will be able to login to Employee Connect with your user ID and password to access information about the program, including commonly asked questions and answers, and how to submit a query.

Personal information provided to DXC via the registration process will be used to correctly identify you as a former employee and communicate with you directly about the remediation program.
