Important message to current and former DXC Australia employees


DXC Australia is committed to meeting its legal obligations as an employer.

DXC has informed the Fair Work Ombudsman that it has identified unintentional pay compliance issues resulting in employee underpayments. Rob Le Busque, DXC’s President Asia Pacific and Japan, has apologised that this has occurred.

DXC is committed to fixing this issue and has commenced a pay remediation program which is focused on identifying underpayments and making back payments to impacted current and former employees.

Former employees are encouraged to email the following information to DXCAustralia@dxc.com to receive further updates:

  • DXC Email Address

  • Employee ID

  • Personal Email Address*

  • Contact Telephone Number*
