With 25+ years of experience, Holland has held leadership roles at various tech firms and worked with public and private sector companies on IT infrastructure, automation, networking, and cloud security.

Daniela Weidenbach
 

Field Chief Technologist for Global Infrastructure Services, DXC Technology

Daniela Weidenbach is a visionary and accomplished Field Chief Technologist, Global Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, with 30 years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing IT solutions for global enterprise customers. Daniela has collaborated with clients across various industries, including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Consumer Retail, Transportation, and Manufacturing. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Daniela plays a pivotal role in driving technology innovation and strategic solutions for DXC’s customers.

Throughout her career, Daniela has held various technical leadership positions at DXC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and EDS in both Germany and the US. Her focus has been on transforming complex enterprise customer IT environments and driving innovation to enhance business outcomes.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Germany, providing a solid academic foundation complemented by extensive practical experience.

Kelly Candler

 

Vice President, Modern Workplace & Business Process Services, DXC Technology

Kelly Candler is a senior technology executive at DXC Technology, where she leads the Intelligent Workplace and Business Process Services businesses. She is responsible for the company's product strategy in this space—driving the transformation from traditional IT and business services to intelligent, outcome-driven experiences that measurably improve how people work, powered by AI automation, device experience management, and proactive support capabilities.

With more than 23 years of executive experience across aerospace and defense, energy, financial services, and industrial manufacturing, Kelly has a proven track record of delivering technology transformation at enterprise scale. Before DXC, she led Infrastructure and Workplace Services at RTX Corporation (formerly Raytheon Technologies) and served as Vice President of Product Delivery at GE—where she also co-led the company's Information Security Technology Center.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Drexel University, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a graduate of GE's Digital Technology Leadership Program and Experienced Technology Management Leadership Program.

Nina brings over 15 years of experience across customer success and product experience disciplines. Her background spans both the client side and the commercial side of IT infrastructure, giving her a holistic perspective on customer needs and product journeys.
