In its new ISG Provider LensⓇ report, the firm awards DXC leadership status across multiple regions and categories
In the latest 2025 ISG Provider Lens® Future of Work Services Quadrant Report, ISG ranked DXC Technology as a Leader in various categories in regions including the US, UK and Brazil.
The categories ranged from Workplace Strategy and Enablement Services, to Collaboration and Next-gen Experience Services, to Managed End-user Technology Services and Managed End-user Technology Services - Large Accounts, and from Continuous Productivity Services, to Smart and Sustainable Workplace Services and AI-augmented Workforce Services.
In this ISG Provider Lens® 2025 Quadrant Report, ISG evaluated providers’ capabilities in delivering key future of work services across different regions.
As ISG notes, the future of work is constantly evolving — enterprises are driving transformation with GenAI; moving to hybrid working models; turning experience management into a data-driven, outcome-oriented discipline; bringing on AI agents as a new class of digital workers; and turning sustainability into a board-level priority. And that's just the start.
Next-generation thinking changes the future workplace landscape, ISG says. And in the midst of these dramatic changes, enterprises need partners that embrace flexible working styles and new technological possibilities for the workplace.
In the U.S. and Brazil, DXC was recognized as a Leader in all of the categories in which our company participates in these regions. In the U.S., for example, ISG classfies us as a Leader for Managed End user Technology Services – Large Accounts, but excludes us from competing in these services for Midmarket Accounts based on its differentiation of providers by performance according to the target group for products and services. This was also the case in the U.K., where we otherwise earned Leadership status in five of the other six categories evaluated.
The multiple awards we have received across these regions in the report reflect our authority and innovation in this space.
“Being recognized by ISG highlights the power of our AI-driven intelligent workplace and our focus on delivering products and services that empower our customers to stay ahead," says Kelly Candler, Global Modern Workplace Offering Lead, president, Global Infrastructure Services at DXC. "Through our agentic, autonomous service offerings, we’re delivering predictive, zero-touch workflows that raise productivity, strengthen security, and let people work smarter and faster from anywhere. We’re excited to help enterprises create workplaces that are adaptive, resilient and centered on an end-to-end unified employee experience.”
