We are delighted to join Snowflake at their stand, to demonstrate the next generation of robotic arms and cloud technology and showcase the power of the DXC IIoT Reference Architecture built on Snowflake.

  • The demo will highlight how manufacturing customers can gain near-real-time insight into their production performance. We will show how by using a digital twin of the manufacturing equipment, engineers can investigate the production process, including the movement of the robotic arm and its energy consumption. By then applying machine learning models, predictions of key performance indicators can be made based on varying process parameters. This approach enables manufacturing teams to rapidly iterate and respond promptly during production trials, resulting in optimized production processes.

Perspectives and recognition

Smart connected manufacturing

Manufacturers are discovering that the traditional way of doing business no longer supports success. Companies are looking to transform business models and build new value chains through smart manufacturing.

What does it mean to be a digital manufacturer?

Manufacturers are experts at creating tangible things. It’s just that being digital isn’t tangible. It’s a change in thinking and a change in the way business outcomes are achieved.

DXC SPARK IoT for Manufacturing

DXC Technology and AWS have curated DXC SPARK IoT for Manufacturing. We collaborate with our clients to spearhead enterprise-wide Industry 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation, with support for end-to-end integration with systems of record including SAP.
