What we’re witnessing is nothing short of a rewrite in progress. AI is transforming our expectations, reimagining experiences, and redefining interactions. Soon enough, it will reshape entire industries and alter the trajectory of business. I understand why so many organizations are overwhelmed by the rate of change and uncertain about where to begin. There is tremendous complexity involved in delivering outcomes at scale.

Today’s world is largely AI assisted, where human supervision is still critical to driving trusted, reliable results with AI. But we’re quickly entering the AI semi-autonomous phase, where agentic capabilities will proliferate, allowing us to operate with unprecedented leverage and at greater speed than ever before. Eventually, we will graduate into a truly AI autonomous native world that will look radically different from today.
