First Nations Program

The vision of DXC’s First Nations Program in Australia is to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities in achieving self-determination and proportional representation in all areas of our society.

At DXC, we believe it is of critical importance that First Nations peoples and their communities can explore their past and future, and determine how they wish to further realise their economic and cultural independence.

While we are starting on our reconciliation journey, we plan to learn from First Nations communities, and strive to acknowledge and share the wisdom we can gain from the unique knowledge and worldviews of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

DXC’s first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) affords a formal, strategic, and actionable framework to guide the first steps in our journey. Read our RAP to learn how we’re supporting First Nations peoples, communities and businesses in Australia.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan focuses on four themes to guide our reconciliation journey

Indigenous business partnerships

Education and career pathways

DXC's culture, diversity and inclusion
