See video insights and highlights of the DXC Technology 600
TYSONS, Va. June 25, 2019 – DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) showcased the ‘digital fan experience of the future’ as the entitlement sponsor for the INDYCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway on June 8, 2019.
This video presents insights and highlights of the DXC Technology 600.
As the drama unfolded with Team Penske’s Josef Newgarden finishing strong to win the DXC Technology 600, the company showcased digital innovations – including virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) – demonstrating how digital technology can improve performance, provide insight and create one-of-a-kind experiences for just about any event and enterprise.
“We set out to demonstrate and define a new fan experience at the DXC Technology 600, and digital innovation brought to life by our expert teams made it happen,” said Gary Stockman, senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, DXC. “We delivered a new dimension to watching a race that people really haven’t experienced before.”
Said Simon Pagenaud, 2019 Indianapolis 500 Champion and driver of the No. 22 DXC Team Penske Dallara / Chevrolet, “As a partner, DXC Technology provides all the ingredients needed for a race team to get better, and we’re just scratching the surface. There’s so much more we can do. Frankly, nothing stops technology. We have a bright future ahead of us.”
The next stop for DXC Technology / Team Penske and Pagenaud is the 33rd edition of the Honda Indy Toronto on Sunday, July 14, staged on a 2.89-kilometer, 11-turn temporary street circuit near Lake Ontario in downtown Toronto. DXC, along with two of its partners – Lenovo and NetApp – will be hosting clients and partners during the race.
