Uptime and coordination are critical in the aerospace and defence sector. By introducing chatbots and automation tools, Textron reduced service desk tickets by 20% leading to improved service quality and a more agile, cost-effective workplace.

AI can unlock an enormous amount of information that can help farmers make smarter choices for their crops. The agriculture technology company Syngenta developed an AI system that provides real-time seed placement recommendations to help growers maximise yield and minimise waste.
