Textron uses AI to improve IT services
Uptime and coordination are critical in the aerospace and defence sector. By introducing chatbots and automation tools, Textron reduced service desk tickets by 20% leading to improved service quality and a more agile, cost-effective workplace.

Generative AI solution cuts Ventia’s bid time from weeks to minutes
Competing for major contracts in essential services and infrastructure means producing tailored, high-quality bids under pressure. Ventia uses a generative AI tool that produces fast, accurate first draft bids. This cuts proposal time and frees teams to focus on client needs.

United Airlines delights passengers with digital concierge app
A traveler’s journey is made up of many touchpoints. United Airlines built a series of mobile apps to access critical flight information, manage schedules for pilots and crew, and keep passengers informed every step of the journey.

Syngenta uses AI to feed the world
AI can unlock an enormous amount of information that can help farmers make smarter choices for their crops. The agriculture technology company Syngenta developed an AI system that provides real-time seed placement recommendations to help growers maximise yield and minimise waste.

Swyfft lowers insurance costs with AI
AI has become an indispensable tool for helping insurers cut costs and deliver better value to their customers. The insurance company Swyftt addressed rising legal expenses and inefficiencies by deploying AI-powered tools like DXC Assure Legal and DXC Assure Legal Insight to achieve a 2x return on investment.
“The success of Assure Legal is amazing," said Beth Christian, Director of Casualty and Litigation, Swyfft. "It’s paying for itself at least twice over.”

Northeast Grocery unifies operations and saves $40M
When two U.S. grocery chains merged to form Northeast Grocery, the new company needed to unify its operations under a shared vision. This included updating its mainframe systems to pave the way for future growth and innovation. The result: $40 million in savings.

Ferrovial uses AI agents to improve safety and efficiency
Construction projects are often complex, with tight margins, intricate logistics and critical safety requirements. Using DXC’s AI Workbench platform, the infrastructure company Ferrovial was able to deploy more than 30 AI agents into daily workflows to boost efficiency, minimise risk and improve employee safety.

Whitehaven mines for success with SAP
Managing workforce data, operations and production is a challenge for any organisation. The Australian coal producer Whitehaven successfully implemented a technology system for two acquired mine sites in record time.
