You’re eligible for our Fresh Graduate Program if you are:
Our application process is made up of four stages:
1. Online application
Submit your application online with your cover letter, resumé, and academic diploma (if available).
Tip! Make sure your CV is up to date with your latest achievements, we don’t want to miss out on knowing all about you and what you have to offer!
2. Phone interview
We want to get to know you! In this stage, one of our friendly recruiters will arrange to connect with you over a short 15-minute phone interview.

3. Video interview
Successful candidates will be invited to a video interview with the hiring team. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, learn more about the role and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC Philippines team.
Tip! Practice makes perfect! Do some practice interviews with your family and friends, and get constructive feedback on how you can improve.
4. Offer
Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you have received your formal offer, we will send you a welcome pack to help you prepare for your induction where you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.

Are there opportunities for rotations?
Generally, there are no fixed rotations during the graduate program. You are expected to stay in the business unit, however there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Are there any relocation opportunities as part of the Graduate Program?
This is dependent on role availability and the business requirement.
Do I need to have Philippines citizenship?
Yes, you will need to be a Filipino citizen.
If I am unsuccessful in my application for the DXC Graduate Program at this time, can I apply for the program again?
Of course, you can! Just make sure you still meet the program eligibility criteria.
If I am not offered a Graduate position, can I apply for other roles with DXC Philippines?
