Managing the smooth transition of the 2,200+ workforce and 150+ applications, along with a complete roll-out of RISE with SAP S/4Hana ERP system needed to operate the mines—within a record six months. DXC industry experts and engineering teams delivered a secure and stable environment to support Whitehaven’s front and back-end operations, including HR, payroll and finance, without disrupting the production process.
