DXC Technology Board Declares an Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.21 per share

TYSONS, Va. May 23, 2019 –The Board of Directors of DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) today declared a regular quarterly dividend payment for the quarter ending March 31, 2019 of $0.21 per share on the company's Common Stock. The dividend will be paid on July 16, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2019.
