Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring employees with similar experiences, characteristics or goals together to meet, share, collaborate, and help elevate their perspectives to the larger organization. There are more than 20 ERGs across DXC, with representation in every region.

Our ERGs bring both global and regional events and celebrations to life, to help all of us increase our understanding of different perspectives by listening, participatin and acting at pace to build a more inclusive culture through allyship.
