We look forward to working with you. DXC IT is committed to providing you with the tools and resources you need to optimize your productivity and your overall satisfaction.

Please have your DXC email and Universal ID instructions on hand.

You should have received these from your manager. If you haven’t received these details by your first day on the job, contact your manager or your recruiter to request them.

You will also need a list of people to call or contact for help:

  • Ask your recruiter or your manager for your manager’s email and phone number.
  • Ask for a possible onboarding buddy or team colleague provided by manager/recruiter.
  • Need setup support? Contact DXC IT Support by phone.

On your first day at DXC:

Universal ID is the way you securely access tools at DXC including email and systems you need to work. If you haven’t received these details from your manager by your first day on the job, contact your manager or your recruiter.

  1. Turn on your computer and follow the prompts.
  2. Open Outlook and the pre-installed Microsoft Teams app. Use search bar to find.
    • Once in Teams, DXC Hub (in the left menu) is a great launching point to help you navigate DXC.
    • You can add apps to the left navigation menu in Teams. The Who and DXC Bot are additional helpful apps.
  3. Learn about DXC Technology.
  4. Learn about Microsoft Teams.

Your first week at DXC:
