Implement and maintain data management solutions, including cloud-based software configuration and visualisation.
Infrastructure Services
Manage and maintain essential IT components like servers, networks, storage, and software systems, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency for organizational operations and applications.
Networking
Work on integrations and installations for client’s current network infrastructure
Project Management
Plan, manage, oversee and lead customer projects to completion
ServiceNow Developer
Designs and implements software solutions on the ServiceNow platform to optimize business processes, configure applications, integrate systems, and ensure efficient service management.
Software Engineer
Design, develop, test and evaluate IT software
Systems Engineer
Design, integrate and manage complex customer systems
Test Engineer
Plan, design and evaluate applications and products for client
You’re eligible for our Graduate Program if you are:

Your journey with us starts from day 1. You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.
You will embark on a structured 6-month program with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop your skills and knowledge in the areas that interest you, plus, opportunities to build your network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers. We strive to provide a supportive environment for our graduates to ensure you maximise your full potential with your manager, buddy and the wider graduate community right by your side.
When selected to join the program and passing the minimum performance evaluation score, you’ll join as a permanent employee which means you’ll continue on with us following completion of the program.
Generally, there are no fixed rotations during the graduate program. You will be joining one specific business unit during your time in the program, however, there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
