Who will attend the forum?
We have designed this to be an invitation-only, exclusive meeting for top executives at companies using DXC’s software and business process services. Invitees include CXOs, vice presidents and high-level directors from insurers across the region.
How does this forum differ from past DXC or CSC insurance conferences?
Events like this have a long heritage at DXC, and we are excited to bring our community together in person again. For our 2024 event, we look forward to hosting customers across all product lines and throughout the region. The forum is designed to foster connections among an intimate group of insurance leaders. What are the check-in and check-out times at Pan Pacific London?
Check-in: 15:00 | If you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s amenities until your room becomes available.
Check-out: Noon | After checking out of your room, feel free to continue enjoying the hotel’s amenities and experiences for the remainder of the day.
Will transport be provided between the airport and the event venue?
Transport between the airport and the venue is not provided by DXC.
The quickest way to reach Pan Pacific London from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is to take the Elizabeth line train departing from Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 & 3 and arriving at Liverpool Street station. This costs £15 to £20 and takes 45 minutes. Trains depart hourly and operate every day.
The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Liverpool Street station, which is a central London railway terminus that serves four London Underground lines — Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan — as well as the Elizabeth line and the London Overground. Moorgate station, an 8-minute walk from the hotel, is connected to the Northern line.

What are the registration fees for this event?
There is no registration fee — the event is complimentary.
What is included in the registration?

Is there a deadline for registration?
No, you may register online through the last day of the executive forum unless we have reached capacity.

What is the recommended attire for the forum?
Business casual attire is recommended. The meeting rooms tend to be cool, so make sure to pack a sport coat, jumper or light jacket.
What is the weather like in London in October?
The average temperature for a typical October day in London ranges from a high of 13°C (56°F) to a low of 8°C (47°F).
Will I need a badge to get in?
Yes, a badge is required for entry into the forum and should be worn at all times. Please pick up your badge at the registration desk during open registration hours. For security purposes, be prepared to show identification. If you lose your badge, you may show a photo identification to have your badge reprinted at a registration check-in desk.

Can I get copies of the material presented at the forum?
Yes, some presentations will be posted following the forum. Please note that only those sessions that are pre-approved for publication will be made available online.
Is there a mobile app for navigating the forum? How and when can I download this app?
Yes, we will have a dedicated mobile app for DXC Connect Insurance Executive Forum. All attendees will be able to see scheduled events and locations, available breakouts and roundtables, and messages from DXC, our sponsors and other attendees.
The app will be made available on the Google and Apple app stores as the event approaches. We will announce availability in our email communications and will provide information about it on site.
