DXC Technology Named Leader for Customer Satisfaction in Switzerland

DXC Technology ranked in top three for customer satisfaction in Whitelane Research and Navisco AG’s 2022 Swiss IT Sourcing Study

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, September 28, 2022 - DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC), a leading Fortune 500 global technology services provider, has been recognized as a leader in customer satisfaction by Whitelane Research and Navisco AG.

The 2022 Swiss IT Sourcing Study examined more than 350 IT sourcing contracts in over 140 leading Swiss companies and organizations across all sectors. 18 service providers were evaluated and ranked based on customer feedback.

DXC achieved third place in the rankings with an overall satisfaction score of 79%, five points above the market average. Whitelane and Navisco highlighted DXC’s excellent account management and quality of service.
