The 2024 Swiss IT Sourcing Study examined more than 400 IT sourcing contracts in over 150 leading Swiss companies and organizations across all sectors. 19 service providers were evaluated and ranked based on customer feedback.
DXC achieved TOP 5 in the rankings with an overall satisfaction score of 80%, five points above the market average, +1% compared to 2023.
