Claims Management Services in New South Wales

In 2022 icare announced planned changes to improve the way workers compensation claims are managed in NSW. This included increasing the number of Claim Service Providers that manage claims, enabling employers the opportunity to choose the Claims Service Provider that best suits their needs.

DXC was selected as one of the additional Claim Service Providers and after months of careful planning and dedication we are excited to commence operations as a Claims Service Provider from the 12th September 2023.
