Submit your application online with your cover letter, resumé, academic transcript and proof of New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.

Note: You will be able to select two role preferences in your application, so you don’t need to apply twice.

Tip: Make sure your CV is up to date with your latest achievements, we don’t want to miss out on knowing all about you and what you have to offer.

If you are successful, you’ll be notified via email to complete an online assessment.

Tip: Set some time for yourself to go through some practice online assessments. Find a quiet space to avoid or limit distractions.

We want to get to know you! As part of the online assessment you will be asked questions that will help us to get to know you better.

To progress to the next stage, we’ll be taking into consideration your:

  • Resumé and cover letter
  • Academic studies
  • Interview notes
  • Results of your online assessment

Tip: Practice makes perfect! Do some practice interviews with your family and friends, and get constructive feedback on how you can improve.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend our Assessment Centre. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, learn more about the role and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC team.

Note: Follow-up interviews after the assessment centre may be required for some roles.

The assessment centre is generally conducted in the following way:

  • A group activity – this is a chance to network with your peers and put your great minds together to conceptualise some awesome ideas.
  • 1 on 1 interview with a member from your potential team – we want to get to know you and what interests you.

Tip: Just be yourself and let your personality shine.

Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you have received your formal offer, we will send you a welcome pack to help you prepare for your induction where you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.

If you haven’t heard anything yet, that means your application is still being considered.

Tip: If you are unsuccessful this year, you can contact the graduate program team for feedback. You can re-apply for our program again when applications open for the next intake (if you meet the program eligibility).
