Partnership with Manchester United
Partnership with Scuderia Ferrari
Over the last 12 months, DXC Technology has continued to expand our strategic partnership with the ACT Brumbies, supporting DXC’s Māori and Pacific People’s Program.
During this time, DXC have donated 10 refurbished laptops to TupuToa in Hamilton, and an additional 10 laptops to Rea for their students to support their studies. This takes the total number of devices donated to TupuToa and their student learners to 30 laptops and Rea cadets to 25.
With DXC being the official presenting partner of the ACT Brumbies Indigenous and Māori and Pacific Peoples Engagement programs, the Brumbies presented the laptops to both organisations. ACT Brumbies Head Coach, Stephen Larkham also spoke to DXC’s Māori and Pacific Peoples Program students, DXC employees, and partners Rea and Microsoft about how the Brumbies embrace different cultures to build team synergy.
During the visit, DXC's Māori and Pacific People's Program also celebrated the graduation of five Rea Coach cadets who have secured full time employment with DXC and our program partner and customer Department of Internal Affairs (NZ). We look forward to fostering their ongoing professional development.
The TupuToa student learners will utilise the devices in their technical and soft skills training to build digital futures, ensuring they are equipped for success and professional growth when they start their careers.
These donations bring together the collective values of all 3 organisations which aim to improve societal outcomes and increase diversity and inclusion through technology, innovation, and pathways programs for Māori and Pacific People.
