Your journey with us starts from day 1. You will take part in a structured induction program where you will have the opportunity to meet other graduates from your cohort and undertake training to get you up to speed with the DXC environment and build your interpersonal skills.
You will embark on a structured 12-month program with on-the-job training, and access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop your skills and knowledge in the areas that interest you, plus, opportunities to build your network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers. We strive to provide a supportive environment for our graduates to ensure you maximize your full potential with your manager, buddy and the wider graduate community right by your side.
Joining the graduate program offers you a huge set of development courses, a very supportive manager, and a buddy to mentor you through your learning, and ramping-up process, and allows you to engage yourself in the company's culture from the start.
After a few months, you'll be assigned to an account in which you get in contact with your colleagues who make you feel valued, respected, and supported. Also, you'll acquire development skills, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and develop soft skills relevant to your role.

Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you have received your formal offer, we will send you a welcome pack to help you prepare for your induction where you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.

When selected to join the program, you’ll join as a permanent employee which means you’ll continue on with us following completion of the program.
Generally, there are no fixed rotations during the graduate program. You will be joining one specific business unit during your time in the program, however, there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This is dependent on role availability and the business requirement.
