DXC Technology Announces Winners of the DXC Invitational

Insurtech competition identifies latest innovations in Insurance across Asia Pacific

Sydney, Australia, 24 October 2022 – DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) a leading Fortune 500 global technology services company, today announced the winners of its fourth annual DXC Invitational, an insurtech competition aimed at encouraging late-stage startups and scaleups to showcase market-ready solutions relevant to the insurance industry. 

DXC Invitational focusses on identifying insurtech companies with solutions that improve customer experience, increase efficiency and support compliance across the distribution value chain and life cycle of a policy, including prevention and claims management. This year, DXC collaborated with Insurtech Australia and UTS Startups to select companies with the most innovative solutions.

The 2022 winners were announced at the DXC Invitational pitch session streamed on LinkedIn Live and hosted at the UTS Startups Hub:

  • Enriching the Insurance Experience Category - BodyGuide
    An app that creates personalised and practical programs to help solve and prevent pain. 
  • Digital Insurance Ecosystem Category - e5 Workflow
    A singular platform for building new and extended workflow process solutions while fully leveraging existing operational business systems and applications.

The judging panel who reviewed the final pitches and selected the winners comprised of industry leaders including: Fiona Macgregor, Chief Information & Innovation Officer, TAL; Bronwyn Kirwan, Chief Sales & Service Officer, Fidelity Life; and Prue Willsford, Chief Executive Officer, ANZIIF.
