Our application process is made up of four stages:
1. Online application
Submit your application online with your cover letter, resumé, academic transcript and proof of Singapore citizenship or permanent residency.
Tip! Make sure your CV is up to date with your latest achievements, we don’t want to miss out on knowing all about you and what you have to offer!
2. Phone interview
We want to get to know you! In this stage, one of our friendly recruiters will arrange to connect with you over a short 15-minute phone interview.
To progress to the next stage, we’ll be taking into consideration your:
- Resumé and cover letter
- Academic studies
- Interview notes

3. Video interview
Successful candidates will be invited to a video interview with the hiring team. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, learn more about the role and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC team.
Tip! Practice makes perfect! Do some practice interviews with your family and friends, and get constructive feedback on how you can improve.
Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you have received your formal offer, we will send you a welcome pack to help you prepare for your induction where you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.
