Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you receive your formal offer, you will be sent the necessary terms and conditions of DXC’s offer. Upon joining DXC, an induction program will be organised and a buddy will be assigned to help prepare you for your journey with DXC. You will also have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.

You will embark with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop your skills and knowledge in the areas that interest you, plus, opportunities to build your network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers. Generally, there are no fixed rotations for the first 2 years. You are expected to stay in the business unit, however there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
