Application process and eligibility

You’re eligible for graduate hiring if you are:

  • A Singapore citizen
  • Have completed all course requirements for your degree 

Submit your application online with your cover letter, resumé, academic transcript and proof of Singapore citizenship.

Tip: Make sure your CV is up to date with your latest achievements, we don’t want to miss out on knowing all about you and what you have to offer.

We want to get to know you! In this stage, one of our friendly recruiters will arrange to connect with you over a short 15-minute phone interview. If you meet the criteria  you’ll be notified via email and if required to complete an online assessment.

Successful candidates will be invited to a video interview with the hiring team. This is an opportunity for you to get to know us, learn more about the role and meet some of our business leaders. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know the DXC team.

To progress to the next stage, we’ll be taking into consideration your:

  • Interview notes
  • Results of your online assessment, if applicable

Congratulations! You are now part of the team. Once you receive your formal offer, you will be sent the necessary terms and conditions of DXC’s offer. You will also be provided with a benefits summary and leave policy document explaining DXC’s benefits. Upon joining DXC, an induction program will be organised and a buddy will be assigned to help prepare you for your journey with DXC. You will also have the opportunity to meet your fellow graduates and senior leaders.

Applications for graduates are open all year round.

You will embark with on-the-job training, access to a broad range of self-paced online courses to further develop your skills and knowledge in the areas that interest you, plus, opportunities to build your network and get hands-on experience on real projects with prestigious customers. We strive to provide a supportive environment for our graduates to ensure you maximise your full potential with your manager, buddy, and the wider graduate community right by your side.

Generally, there are no fixed rotations for the first 2 years. You are expected to stay in the business unit, however there may be opportunities to rotate within the same business unit in different roles. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

This is dependent on role availability and the business requirement. 

Yes, you will need to be a Singapore citizen.
